More than 40 adults with developmental disabilities work part time in the Hearts & Flour Bakery along side a professional pastry chef, professional bakers, staff and volunteers.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 6 am Monday through Thursday will ship the same day (unless a different date is requested). Orders placed from 6am Thursday through Sunday will ship on the following Monday. Expedited shipping is available and may be selected during the checkout process. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. We ship via UPS and currently ship in the U.S. only. Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process based on your destination zip code.
What is your return policy?
Misericordia Hearts & Flour Bakery does not accept returns. All of our products are perishable and therefore all food sales are final. If the product was damaged in shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will the products stay fresh?
All products are handmade, use natural ingredients and are preservative and trans fat free. They are baked especially for you, so they are fresh when they leave our bakery. All items are best enjoyed upon arrival, but if you can not finish them all in one day, they will stay fresh a minimum of two weeks when refrigerated in an air tight container and a three months in the freezer.

Why won’t the website accept my credit card?
Credit card numbers must be entered with no spaces or dashes.
We collect applicable state sales tax on gifts delivered to the state of Illinois (9.25%)

The reception area is staffed 24 hours a day.
